We’ll explore the options and confirm the design, pricing, and timing. Custom projects may include CAD renderings.

Once the details are approved, we’ll move into production and guide you through the next steps.
A few useful things to know.
Can you use stones or jewelry I already own?
We’ll evaluate the stones and setting first. Existing center stones and larger gemstones may require recognized laboratory verification before we can accept them for a new design.
What should I bring?
The piece you’re considering, a few inspiration photos, and any questions. If you’re starting fresh, your wish list and budget are plenty.
How long does custom work take?
Timing depends on the piece, design approvals, and production. Share your goal date early; Lindsey will confirm what is possible before you commit.
What are the custom design policies?
Custom work is final sale. A 50% deposit is generally required to begin production. CAD-only design work is available at $500 per piece. We’ll confirm the scope and terms for your project.
