All items at sheRocks Diamonds are custom made to order, once an order is placed, items are non-refundable.
In the rare event that a manufacturing issue arises with your piece, please contact Lindsey at lindsey@sherocksdiamonds. We are committed to providing high-quality products, and if there is a legitimate concern with the craftsmanship or materials of your jewelry, we will address it promptly.
Any manufacturing issues reported within a reasonable timeframe (14 days from purchase) will be assessed by our team. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will repair or replace the item at the discretion of sheRocks Diamonds.
