This October, we’re proud to introduce Becca Miller Gordon as our first sheTalks feature — a woman whose journey reflects resilience, creativity, and heart.
Becca opened her first salon in Lakewood in 2016 with just four employees. Today, she leads a thriving 6,000-square-foot space with a team of 35. But her impact goes beyond beauty. When she began sharing her adoption journey in 2020, her openness inspired countless others navigating the same path. This past July, she and her husband officially adopted their twin daughters, a milestone Becca calls “a gift I will never take for granted.”
Her passion for the beauty industry is matched only by her love for uplifting others. “It’s nice to see people carve out self-care time for themselves,” she shares. She also owns an event space in Westlake where she’s hosted countless women in business — building community, connection, and collaboration.
What drives her? Her daughters.
And advice from her father: “One more.” One more mile, one more hug, one more chance to keep going."
