And for December, we are thrilled to feature someone who embodies all of that and more: Alex Mazzurco (or as many know her, Alex Marshall).

Alex is the definition of a multi-hyphenate woman. What began nearly a decade ago as a passion for health and fitness grew into a flourishing career as a fitness and nutrition coach. But what many may not know is that before Alex ever crafted macros or coached thousands of women, she studied something entirely different: Graphic Design & Marketing.

Today, Alex seamlessly blends her talents across two thriving businesses — as a coach with LVLTN Coaching, and as the founder of Mouse House Marketing, a boutique creative agency serving more than 30 clients through social media management, branding, website design, and consulting. Her creativity fuels businesses across Cleveland (including ours!), proving that passion and purpose can absolutely coexist.

On social media, Alex shares snippets of real life, candid behind-the-scenes moments, honest reflections, humor, and her two beloved pitbulls who often steal the show. She’s a woman with vision and grit, but also with heart. A cheerleader for women. A coach who deeply cares. A creative who doesn’t shy away from bold ideas. A leader who is continually evolving.

This month, we celebrate the journey that shaped her — the hard lessons, the leaps of faith, the hustle, and the growth. We honor her commitment to uplifting women, her dedication to her craft, and the confidence she carries into every room she enters.
