Tell us about yourself.
I’m Carrie, mom, wife, dog mom, outfit repeater in the best way, and the face behind @carrie_rbe. What started as sharing outfits I genuinely loved turned into a space where women, especially midlife women, come to feel seen and confident. My journey has been about consistency and trusting my voice.
What inspired you to start?
I wanted to prove that style and confidence don’t expire at a certain age. I didn’t see enough women who looked like me represented. If I needed that space, someone else probably did too.
What challenges have you faced?
Women are placed on invisible timelines — too old, too young, too much, not enough. I’ve learned to tune that out. Confidence isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you practice.
What do you love most about what you do?
The messages from women who tried something new, wore the outfit, booked the trip, or felt confident because of something I shared.
How do you stay motivated?
I remind myself why I started — and I get dressed. A good outfit, lip gloss, and strong jewelry can shift my entire mindset.
